How we research
Every page begins from published manufacturer material: the label and panel, the directions, the package prices and the terms of the satisfaction promise. Ingredient descriptions lean on public reference material about the ingredient itself, the NIH fact sheets among them, and those are linked on the ingredients page so they can be read directly rather than through us.
