The HoneyFil 60-day satisfaction promise
One promise covers every published package, and its length does not vary with the size you buy. Sixty days stands behind two bottles, three and six alike.
When the sixty days begin
On the purchase date. This is the detail most often read the other way round, because the natural assumption is that counting waits for delivery. It does not. Transit is spent out of the sixty days rather than added to them, which is an argument for opening the bottle rather than leaving it in a drawer for two weeks.
Sixty days of supply against a sixty-day window is what two bottles gives you, so the two expire together. Ninety servings come with three bottles and a hundred and eighty with six, which means the larger sizes outlast the window. Better to know that while choosing than afterwards.
Making a HoneyFil claim, step by step
1. Find the purchase date
Counting begins the day you order, not the day the box turns up. That date is printed in your confirmation email, which is reason enough to keep it.
2. Email the seller's support
Same confirmation email, same address. Include the order number. The manufacturer owns the promise, so the manufacturer is who the claim goes to.
3. Do what the reply tells you
Support specifies what comes back and where it goes. Those instructions vary from order to order, so follow the ones you were sent rather than any address found elsewhere.
4. Hang on to the receipt
Whatever the counter hands over when you post it. Nothing else evidences that the return left you on the day you say it did.
What this site is able to do
Publish information about HoneyFil, and that is the extent of it. Nothing is sold here, no order is ever visible to us and no customer record is within reach. Claims cannot be opened, chased or paid out from this side. Keeping the sequence above accurate and pointing you at the right address is the useful thing we can do.
The terms that actually apply
The seller's, published at the checkout where the purchase happens. Those are the ones with force. This page describes them for readers; it neither replaces them nor forms a contract. Should the two ever disagree, the seller's published terms govern, and we would want to hear that they had diverged.
